BROKER/OWNER
Brett M. Bey is the Broker and Owner of Bey Property Solutions, Inc. Prior to founding BPS, Inc. in the fall of 2022, Brett built a diverse background in real estate and related industries, with experience in lending, escrow and title, notarial services, commercial real estate leasing and marketing, and residential property management. He also serves as CFO of his family’s commercial real estate business, continuing a longstanding family involvement in real estate and property management.
A Central Coast native and third-generation property manager, Brett brings a hands-on, relationship-focused approach to his work, drawing on his broad real estate experience to serve property owners and residents throughout the area.
Outside of the office, Brett loves spending time with his wife and business partner, Jackie, and their three children. In his free time, you’ll often find him taking morning walks with the kids and family dog through the Village of Arroyo Grande, working with his hands around the house or on investment properties, running drills at the shooting range, playing piano and singing, swimming in the pool or ocean, playing a round of disc golf, or kicking back with some vintage video games.

CO-OWNER
Jackie Bey serves as the co-owner of Bey Property Solutions, Inc. and is a proud mother of three. Prior to entering the world of property management, she spent five years as a labor and delivery nurse—a role that instilled in her a strong foundation in care, communication, and trust.
Jackie now applies those same values in her work with Bey Property Solutions, collaborating with her husband Brett and the BPS team to provide a seamless experience for property owners, residents, and vendors. While she devotes much of her time to raising their children, she remains deeply involved in the company’s behind-the-scenes operations, including owner financials, payroll, and bill management.
Supporting families —whether through housing or healthcare — has always been at the heart of what she does.

PROPERTY MANAGER
Molly Valente is a Property Manager at Bey Property Solutions, Inc., where she plays a key role in helping the entire business run smoothly. She conducts inspections, markets available properties, coordinates work orders with vendors, and assists with move-ins. Molly is also a primary point of contact, managing communication between tenants, owners, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Originally from Texas, Molly moved to California in 2021, where she met her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and dog, worshipping together, and cooking.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
Gena brings a diverse background in early childhood education and ministry, where she supported learning, guided activities, and helped foster a nurturing, faith-based environment for children. She also has experience in retail management, where she developed strong leadership, organization, and team collaboration skills.
A lifelong resident of California’s Central Coast, Gena is happily married to the love of her life, a proud mother of two adult sons, and a joyful grandmother to her first grandson. She finds joy in the beauty of God’s creation, enjoys staying active, and loves discovering a great thrift find. She feels most at home by the beach and can often be found with a good book and a cup of coffee in hand.

BOOKKEEPER
Madison Shields brings over 13 years of experience in accounting to her role as bookkeeper for Bey Property Solutions, as well as for a few other local businesses. Numbers have always been her passion, and being able to put her passion to use alongside such a dedicated and driven team makes her work incredibly rewarding.
Outside the office, Madison is married to the man of her dreams and is the proud mother of two amazing boys who keep life full and fun. She and her family enjoy spending their free time at the beach, riding bikes, or having movie nights with air-popped popcorn. Whether she’s balancing books or cheering from the sidelines at a soccer game, Madison is all in—and grateful for every moment.
