BROKER/OWNER
Brett is a third-generation property manager that has been raised around real estate from a young age. Brett has directly managed income-producing assets in Los Angeles & San Luis Obispo Counties valued at over $35m before forming BPS, Inc. in 2022.
After growing up in Arroyo Grande & earning his BA from Point Loma Nazarene University in Management and Organizational Communication, he moved back to the Central Coast to marry his high school sweetheart & start his professional career. Brett has a professional background in property management, escrow, lending, & notarial acts.

Outside of the office, Brett loves spending time with his wife/business partner Jackie & their two children. In his free time, Brett enjoys working with his hands and/or fixing things that are broken; whether it be his home, investment properties, vintage motorcycles, or running drills at the shooting range.

CO-OWNER
Jackie Bey serves as the co-owner of Bey Property Solutions, Inc. and is a proud mother of two. Prior to entering the world of property management, she spent five years as a labor and delivery nurse—a role that instilled in her a strong foundation in care, communication, and trust.
Jackie now applies those same values in her work with Bey Property Solutions, collaborating with her husband Brett and the BPS team to provide a seamless experience for property owners, residents, and vendors. While she devotes much of her time to raising their children, she remains deeply involved in the company’s behind-the-scenes operations, including owner financials, payroll, and bill management.
Supporting families —whether through housing or healthcare — has always been at the heart of what she does.

PROPERTY MANAGER
Molly Valente is a Property Manager at Bey Property Solutions, Inc., where she plays a key role in helping the entire business run smoothly. She conducts inspections, markets available properties, coordinates work orders with vendors, and assists with move-ins. Molly is also a primary point of contact, managing communication between tenants, owners, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Originally from Texas, Molly moved to California in 2021, where she met her husband. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and dog, worshipping together, and cooking.

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
Kina is a dedicated mother with a background in conservation biology and a strong passion for both community involvement and the outdoors. Her experience managing a local business and leading a team of employees has equipped her with valuable skills in organization, communication, and adaptability.
Now, Kina is excited to bring that experience to her new role as a Property Management Assistant with Bey Property Solutions, Inc., where she looks forward to thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In her free time, you’ll often find Kina enjoying the outdoors or actively engaging with her local community.

BOOKKEEPER
Madison Shields brings over 13 years of experience in accounting to her role as bookkeeper for Bey Property Solutions, as well as for a few other local businesses. Numbers have always been her passion, and being able to put her passion to use alongside such a dedicated and driven team makes her work incredibly rewarding.
Outside the office, Madison is married to the man of her dreams and is the proud mother of two amazing boys who keep life full and fun. She and her family enjoy spending their free time at the beach, riding bikes, or having movie nights with air-popped popcorn. Whether she’s balancing books or cheering from the sidelines at a soccer game, Madison is all in—and grateful for every moment.
